General Meetings

General meetings of the Organization shall be held at least annually. The time, place, and agenda of the meeting shall be communicated to all members in advance. Members shall have the right to attend, participate, and vote at general meetings.

Board Meetings

The Board of Directors shall meet regularly to discuss and make decisions on matters related to the Organization. Board meetings may be held in person or virtually. A quorum of [insert number] Directors shall be required to conduct official business.
